Automated Bread Production Line
This production line is specifically setup for the flexible production of traditional bread and bread buns in various shapes and sizes. Large satellite heads with one lower roller treats the dough band particularly gently. In this way the dough sheet stays free of tension and the dough maintains its integrity. The design is efficient and only requires two operators. The setup can be customized for all kinds of bread production and always delivers the reliability, and consistency that come with Yangjenq’s products.
- Quickly adjust the table angle to increase or decrease the speed of dough sheet feeding to the machine. All rollers are made of food grade UPE plastic.
- The optical sensors provide automatic stop/start of dough path to prevent collisions between the different dough stations.
- With a 16 L hopper capacity this machine is capable of large volume deposits of meat, bean, Jam, grain filling and more. Our industrial size filling depositor can be connected to the main production line system meaning the deposit speed and rate can be accurately adjusted through the main control panel allowing for fully automatic production.
- For each type of filling and dosing appropriate nozzles are available. We offer a variety of shapes, styles, and custom sizes to match your product needs.
- Using the drive cam structure gives significant advantages such as stable transmission, long life, easy to dismantle and install.
