YJ-868 Auto Tray-Stacking Machine
This machine can be used with YJ-860 automatic tray arrangement machine. The operation panel is man-machine system, PLC program control, servo motor positioning system, product positioning is accurate, and there is a manual setting page to adjust the positioning distance of the tray according to the product status and has an alarm. Buzzer function, easy to operate, is an economical and affordable new model.

Tray Roll-in Steam Tray Cart

Conveyer Belt Mechanism
The Conveyer Belt Mechanism can arrange two trays at the same time, which accelerates product arranging time, thereby increasing productivity.
Control Panel
Conveyor belt speed, ascending & descending speed, and other settings can be independently configured ensuring error free loading and smooth running operations.
Electric Eye Sensor
The sensors at both ends of the inserting plate conveyor will be linked with the NC system to avoid conflicts in arranging the steaming plates, and at the same time adjust the speed of the conveyor belt to match the production needs.
Pneumatic Buckle Device
The operator can easily control the buckle devices on the left and right sides through the pedal device on the shelf. This device is fixed through the air pressure system, which can increase the stability of the trolley when it enters the tray.
