YJ-860 Auto Arrangement Machine
Our PLC system has a built in memory and can store up to 15 panning patterns as well as set the arrangement (parallel or cross), reducing manual labor and increasing productivity. The computer can judge and calculate the arranging pattern and number of products on each row, and the servo motor system ensures the placement of the products is accurate. Equipped with a sensor alarm and user-friendly control panel, this machine is both economical and affordable.

Our PLC system has a built in memory and can store up to 99 panning patterns. Operation is very simple with a color touch screen and basic settings such as conveyor speeds, indexing speeds can be controlled from the sturdy looking control box.

Complete with a sensor alarm the servo arm is very fast and can detect the exact position of each product making incremental changes to the panning speed to compensate for varying conveyor speeds.
