Fully Adjustable
1. Custom Knife mechanism can be matched with the lifting board to automatically adjust and maximize the product shape. Our design allows for automatic peaking and you can easily adjust height, positioning and tension in order to meet the custom requirements of different productions.
2. Stainless steel “ L shaped guideways” on both sides of the conveyor belt ensure correct placement of your product. They can be greased to reduce overall adhesion, and also help protect your product from falling to the floor.
Independent Control Speed
The conveyor belt speed may be adjusted independently, and our control module allows user to set intermittent or continuous working functions.
Auto Lubrication System
Our auto lubrication system allows the knives to be fully lubricated at all times, which is crucial to prevent any damage to the knives when running at high speeds and will significantly prolong the life span of the equipment.
