Our production line uses a modular design, which prevents damage to the dough band, ensuring a traditional and authentic taste. After the dough band is fed through thickness adjustable rollers, it is rolled into the required dough shape and then a folding blade is used to create the traditional fold. This machine is accompanied with various knives for producing gua bao, which activate a cut off mechanism to produce the products you need.
