Yang Jenq’s Mantou Production Line uses a modular design, which prevents damage to the dough band, ensuring the traditional and authentic taste. After the dough band is fed through the thickness adjustable rollers, they are then rolled into the required shape. Then they are pressed out into a long band using calibrating rollers and then the cut off mechanism ensures the right size of the dough.
